Our Assistant Managers do much more than support their Managers. They also step up to take the lead when needed and are hands on as part of the team and indeed the wider Glendola family. If you have some experience in this area and want more of the same, then this is where you can build on your skills managing both staff and sales, delivering a unique kind of customer experience while also ensuring everything is running efficiently. And we’ll help you write your next chapter with a place on our Management Development Programme, an 18-month programme with a Mentor from our Operations Team. The programme doesn’t just train you to be a great manager operationally, it gives you the skills to run and build a business. If you also have an eye for opportunity, even better.
