ABOUT THE ROLE

As Deputy Manager / Assistant General Manager everything you do will contribute to both the customer experience and the business’s bottom line. So, you’ll help to motivate, encourage and develop the team, enable excellent levels of customer service and help to create a welcoming environment. You’ll also always be looking ahead to see how we can be even better, identifying sales opportunities and driving your own development along the way.
