ABOUT THE ROLE

Glendola Leisure is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at Alston Bar & Beef. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of food quality and customer service, lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional dining experiences and support staff training and development.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a management role within the restaurant industry, a passion for high-quality food and service excellence, and strong leadership and communication skills.

And we’ll help you write your next chapter with a place on our Management Development Programme, an 18-month programme with a Mentor from our Operations Team.  The programme doesn’t just train you to be a great manager operationally, it gives you the skills to run and build a business.  If you also have an eye for opportunity, even better.
