We’ve been writing the book about great hospitality since 1973. Now, more than 40 years later, we’re a 500+ strong team and we continue to grow.
In that time, we’ve not only championed and celebrated great service in bars, pubs and restaurants up and down the UK. We’ve gone further to deliver more, aiming to ensure our customers, whether wine connoisseurs or a family out for a casual dinner, enjoy an experience that is also fun and entertaining.
So, yes we’re entrepreneurial and we lead the way in innovation and creativity.
But, more than anything, our success is down to the fact that we are all about people: the people we serve and the people who serve them.
We continue to deliver excellence in customer service because we enable and support our people to be the best they can be.
And once we’re confident our people are comfortable in their roles, we offer them all the training and development they need to take advantage of career development opportunities.
We’ll continue to look ahead, to identify the opportunities, to see where we can be better and to see where we can grow.
